We are looking for someone who is a hybrid: You are a confident technical project manager who drives deliveries, but you are also a modern developer who codes with AI (Cursor/Claude/Lovable) and knows how to build quality with AI tools.
About the role
We believe that you are a person who refuses to choose between code and leadership. You have a solid background as a developer and enjoy leading projects – but you don't want to put the code on the shelf.
On the contrary, you see the strength in combining the roles: You understand the business and the customer's needs, while having the technical expertise to build the solution yourself. You are a "playing coach" who moves freely between strategic customer meetings and the code editor.
- Experience: You have experience in both technical project management and software development.
- Technical expertise: You write, read and review code daily. You are used to setting architecture and specifications.

- Leadership and collaboration: You are a team player who is happy to support and guide the team in how to quality assure AI-driven code.
Your responsibilities
- Project management: You run workshops, set requirements specifications, manage backlog and are responsible for delivery follow-up with customers.
- AI-driven development: You code yourself using tools like Cursor, Lovable and Claude. You build prototypes, modules and entire solutions.
- Architecture & Quality: You are involved in designing the technology choices and ensuring that the AI-generated code meets high standards regarding security, scalability and accessibility (WCAG).
- Testing: You test important deliveries in detail yourself before they go to the customer and are responsible for ensuring quality even in the details.
- Method development: You will help drive the team in Nepal towards an AI-driven way of working. Together you will shape best practices for prompt engineering, AI-code reviews and AI-driven testing.
