Swedish social information is reliable - but often fragmented between many sources. The mission was to create a single entry point where citizens (especially newcomers and multilingual groups) get the right answers quickly, with clear references to sources and understandable explanation. The platform needed to be easy to maintain, multilingual and scalable for more topics over time.

How questions become answers - and a goldmine for SEO

Visitors ask their own questions on the website. Our AI collects similar questions and retrieves answers directly from Swedish authorities. Editors go through everything, rewrite it in plain language and add clear sources. Each approved answer is published as a separate FAQ page with related follow-up questions.

The library grows with every issue - and because the texts match how people actually search, it provides strong visibility on Google and steady, relevant traffic.

What we did

  • Strategy & concept: We helped develop the concept of how we can use AI to manage a large editorial workload effectively. 

  • AI & data collection: We set up AI modules for source-driven search and plain language summarisation, with traceability to each source.

  • Editorial & Quality: We developed procedures for review, labelling and language support to ensure that all content is accurate, understandable and up-to-date.

  • Implementation: We built a scalable front-end with components that can be reused for new topics, languages and functions.

The result is a platform that combines AI and editorial quality assurance - a living knowledge bank that grows with every query and becomes a strong SEO engine.

The solution in brief

  • AI-supported knowledge base which structures and summarises public information in plain language - always with a link to Swedish authorities.
  • Multilingualism with smooth language switching - Swedish, English, Arabic, Ukrainian, Tigrinya, Dari, etc.
  • Guided homepages for needs as "New to Sweden" with fast routes to the Migration Agency, the Public Employment Service and the Tax Agency.
  • AI Ask function ("Ask your question") to directly find answers in the knowledge base.

Behind AI is an editorial flow for source selection and language review. All answers are traceable to public sources and easy to update in case of rule changes.
